We’ve got a separate article on website implementation, head over there if you speak fluent <iframe>

📎 Pre-launch essentials

Before you take over the internet, first grab your sharable link inside the Builder (navigate to Story → Share → Share link).

Pro tip: create a separate link for each channel (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Slack) so you can track which one’s doing the heavy lifting in your analytics.

And yes, QR codes are cute, but skip them on social media. People are (mostly) already on their phones and won’t magically scan their own screen like a digital contortionist.

📲 Social media

No, you don’t have to cram your whole story into a Reel. But teasing? Absolutely.  Social is fast, visual, noisy. The goal is to intrigue.

💡 What works:

• Create a 10-second teaser video showing a walkthrough of the story. Add a clear call to action: "See how you apply with us" or "Swipe up to choose your own adventure".

• Drop the link in your bio, the comments or use a Swipe-Up/Link Sticker.

• Treat captions like pickup lines: short, playful, mildly mysterious.

• Make it personal: "We asked our team what they wish they’d known before joining. Their answers? Click to see"

Want proof? Example:

💬 Direct messaging (Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, email)

Where social builds buzz, DM drives action. Perfect for launching with employees, event guests, or partners.

💡 What works:

Drop the link with minimal context to spark curiosity: “Click if you dare” or “New story just dropped 👀”.

Create a short GIF or screenshot to draw attention.

Works especially well in group chats (people follow what others try).

• Add a small teaser in your email footer.

Example:

Still thinking ‘But, where do I even start?…’

Just pick one channel. Test it. Learn. Do it again.

Because your story doesn’t want to be called “Final_V4_ACTUALLYfinal” forever.

Give it life. Set it free. And if you get stuck? We’ve got coffee and way too many ideas.
